Independent Mortgage Advice

Nottingham Insurance Services is not tied to any individual lender and is a registered provider of independent mortgage advice under the Financial Services Authority. A fee of £250 may be charged by the adviser on provision of mortgage advice. Special schemes that are not available to the public are accessible through Nottingham Insurance Services.

Remember that there are not just Building Society mortgages but also specialist lenders, Banks and special schemes that may offer lending. These are all taken into account when providing full advice. Again it would be a long walk down the high street or a lot of telephone calls to get the comparison that you need.
